- After each order is completed, both buyers and sellers can leave feedback for each other on GamesHub.
- Provide honest and constructive comments about the transaction. Do not include personal information or offensive language.
- Ratings and reviews help build trust in the marketplace and highlight reliable sellers. Maintaining a high rating can improve your visibility and attract more buyers.
- Sellers should not request or incentivize positive feedback. Manipulating reviews is against GamesHub policy.
- If you believe feedback you received is unfair or violates our guidelines, contact GamesHub support with evidence to request a review.
-
- Register a GamesHub account and verify your email and identity if required.
- Go to Sell → Create Offer in your dashboard and select the type of product you want to sell (digital account, item, currency or boosting service).
- Choose the game or platform and fill in all required details: a clear title, detailed description, price, currency, stock quantity, and any relevant options or variations.
- Upload screenshots or images that showcase the product. Make sure they meet size guidelines and accurately represent what you’re selling.
- Decide how you will deliver the product: Instant Delivery (automated account credentials or codes) or Manual Delivery (send information after purchase). Set an estimated delivery time if using manual delivery.
- Review your offer and submit it. Depending on the category, offers created by sellers may be reviewed by the GamesHub team before they appear in the marketplace.
- Once your offer is live, you can manage it from Sell → My Offers. Edit your price, update stock, or deactivate the listing as needed.
-
- GamesHub TradeShield protects sellers from fraud and chargebacks. The platform takes full responsibility for the entire transaction and does not charge extra fees for using TradeShield.
- Sellers will always receive their payments for in game items even if disputes or chargebacks occur. GamesHub resolves disputes with payment providers directly without involving the buyer or seller.
- For account sales, GamesHub provides a 5‑day warranty period. If a buyer experiences any issues or account recovery attempts within that period, they can open a dispute for a refund or replacement.
- After the warranty period ends, the payment is released to the seller. For more information on buyer protection, see the TradeShield (Buying) article on our help center.

- Navigate to Sell → Import Offers in your GamesHub dashboard.
- Download the provided CSV template which contains the required columns such as title, description, price, stock quantity, currency and product type.
- Fill out each row of the template for every offer you want to create. Ensure all mandatory fields are completed and follow the exact formatting (e.g., use the correct product type names).
- Save the file and upload it back on the Import Offers page.
- GamesHub will validate your file and create offers accordingly. If there are errors (missing data, incorrect values), the system will notify you so you can fix and re-upload.
- Use this bulk upload tool to efficiently list many products at once instead of creating offers manually one by one.
-
- Instant delivery – If your listing is set to instant delivery, upload the account credentials (username and password or digital key) in the secure fields when creating your offer. Once the buyer pays, they will automatically receive the details without further action.
- Manual delivery – After the buyer has paid, use the order chat to send the account credentials. Do not share login details outside of GamesHub, and encourage the buyer to change the password immediately after logging in.
- Provide clear instructions for accessing the account or activating the product, including any platform-specific steps or security questions.
- Never ask the buyer to complete the order before they have received and verified the account. Communicate promptly and update the order status once delivery is complete.
- Keep all communications and transfers within GamesHub to ensure that your transaction is covered by GamesHub’s protections.
-
- Go to the Sell → Create Offer page and select Account as the product type.

- Upload relevant screenshots or files to showcase the account. Ensure sensitive information is hidden.
- Choose the delivery method:
- Instant delivery – Upload the login credentials in the secure fields so buyers receive the account immediately after payment.
- Manual delivery – Provide the credentials via order chat once payment is confirmed.
- Decide whether other sellers can create offers for this product if you want to allow the multi-vendor marketplace model.
- Review your listing to ensure compliance with GamesHub’s seller rules and submit your offer for buyers to view.
-
- GamesHub requires ID verification for boosting service providers to ensure trust, compliance with game rules and to protect the marketplace from fraud.
- Provide a government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID and sometimes proof of payment method as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
- You may also need to verify that you own or control the account used for boosting (for example by providing a screenshot of the game profile or original purchase receipt).
- Verification helps build confidence among buyers and prevents unauthorized access or account sharing.
-

- Boosting service providers may also need to verify additional credentials, such as proof that they own or control the account used for boosting.
-
- Go to the Boosting Sell page and select the games and services you offer. Provide the specifics of each service such as rank range, completion time and methods used.
- Ensure that your boosting methods comply with game policies and GamesHub rules. Buyers may require proof of completion, such as screenshots or in‑game logs.
-
- Enable email notifications or push notifications in your Account Settings → Notifications.
- You may also integrate GamesHub with a third-party messaging app (if supported) to receive order alerts.
