- Access and fees – The gift cards category is limited to pre‑approved sellers. If you’re whitelisted, you can list gift card products with a 0 % seller fee.
- Payment holding period – Earnings from gift card sales are frozen individually for 7 days. This ensures buyer satisfaction and helps prevent fraud before funds are released to your wallet.
- Allowed products – You may sell digital gift card codes, activation keys and redeemable links (such as Discord Nitro gift links). Physical items and screenshots of cards or receipts are not allowed.
- Prohibited products – Do not list screenshots of cards, physical cards, gift card images or any non‑code‑based formats. These items violate GamesHub policies.
- Seller responsibilities – You are fully responsible for handling disputes and order issues. If a buyer requests proof of redemption, you must provide evidence via a balance checker or by contacting the official issuer. Resolve all buyer complaints within 72 hours.
- Compliance and authenticity – Only sell authentic, legally obtained gift cards. Selling stolen, unauthorized or restricted cards is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
-
- Why keyword rules exist – GamesHub enforces keyword guidelines to make search results clear and relevant, helping buyers find the right listings and ensuring fair visibility for sellers.
- Don’t use special characters or formatting tricks – Avoid underscores, decorative symbols or repeated exclamation marks intended to draw attention; these tactics don’t improve your ranking and make listings harder to read. Emojis are allowed but should be used sparingly.
- Avoid misspellings or altered keywords – Replacing letters with numbers (e.g., “g0ld,” “acc0unt”) or intentionally misspelling words to catch extra searches looks unprofessional and does not improve ranking.
- Use only relevant keywords – Don’t tag unrelated games or terms (e.g., putting “Valorant” or “Fortnite” in a GTA listing) just to appear in more searches. The keywords you use should accurately reflect the item you’re selling.
- Don’t repeat keywords unnaturally – Overloading titles or descriptions with the same keyword (e.g., “gold gold gold cheap wow gold”) is considered keyword stuffing. You may use a keyword or its variation at most twice—once in the title and once in the description.
- Write buyer‑friendly listings – Good listings have clear, correctly spelled keywords, short and natural titles, and descriptions that are helpful and concise. Think about what a buyer would search for rather than trying to manipulate the search engine.
- Keyword tricks won’t help – Listing abuse can lead to your offers being removed from search, account warnings or even permanent bans. If you’re unsure about the rules, contact GamesHub support for guidance.
-
- Don’t send a single “username:password” string – This format is unclear and increases the risk of disputes or cancellations, which can hurt your seller rating.
- Provide separate fields – When setting up instant delivery, include the login email or username, the login password, the email address associated with the account (if different), the email password and the website or launcher where the email can be accessed.
- Add extra information – Include character name, security questions and answers, any additional passwords, PINs or codes, and any other details a buyer might need to access or manage the account.
- Review all offers – Check your active listings and update them to follow this structure. Listings that don’t use the recommended format may be demoted or moderated, reducing their visibility.
- Deliver information securely – Share sensitive credentials only through the GamesHub order page and do not ask buyers to mark an order as complete until they have received and verified all account details.
-
- Availability – SWIFT withdrawals are currently unavailable on GamesHub. When available, they allow you to transfer your wallet balance directly to your bank account.
- Supported countries – SWIFT is only available for sellers based in certain countries: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Mexico, South Africa, United States, Indonesia, Bahrain, Japan, Kenya, Kuwait, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand and Oman.
- Processing time – SWIFT withdrawals typically take 1–4 business days to reach your bank account.
- Fees – Expect a 4 % fee plus a flat fee ($5–10) per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10. Your bank may also charge its own SWIFT handling fee (around $10). Funds will be converted to your local currency before transfer.
- Alternative methods – Consider using other withdrawal options available in GamesHub’s withdrawal settings (such as Payoneer, Skrill or cryptocurrency) if SWIFT isn’t available in your region.
-
- Clear and specific title – Include the platform (PS4, PS5, Xbox, PC, etc.), account marketplace (Rockstar, Epic Games, Steam), the exact pure cash amount, any additional assets and the RP level. Do not use ranges; separate pure cash from total assets so buyers know what’s included.
- Example – “PS4/PS5 | Rockstar | 40 Million Pure Cash | 200 Million Assets | RP Level 40” makes it clear which device, platform, cash amount and RP level the account has.
- Avoid misleading formats – Don’t use vague titles like “200 Million Cash+Cars” or “200 Million total assets.” State the exact pure cash amount and then describe what the additional assets are.
- Detailed description – Provide a complete list of what the account contains. Mention extras (unlocks, max stats, fast run), character gender, modded outfits or cars, console generation (old or new), exact pure cash amount, additional assets (cars, casino chips), whether the account is handmade, the RP level, whether the email is changeable, and if it’s eligible for migration.
- Highlight restrictions – If the account has any limitations, put them at the top of the description (e.g., “works only on Enhanced GTA 5 version for PS5” or “the game is not included”).
- Don’t list instant delivery or personal refund policies – Delivery information is already part of the offer attributes and refund policies are covered by GamesHub’s standard terms. Keep your description focused on the account details.
- Use the recommended title and description structure – Following this format helps buyers quickly understand your offer and reduces disputes. You can mention that account details will be delivered after payment, that the purchase includes a 5‑ to 14‑day warranty, and that buyers can contact you or GamesHub support if issues arise.

- Purpose of the rule: GamesHub limits each seller to one offer per unique product to keep the marketplace fair and uncluttered for buyers and other sellers.
- What is a unique product? A listing is considered unique when its key attributes—such as level, items, skins, rank, currency amount or other major features—are different enough to significantly change its value. Minor variations (like different consumables or cosmetic items) do not create a new product.
- Guidelines for structuring your listings:
- Be accurate and honest in your descriptions. Provide detailed information that reflects the actual value of the item.
- Avoid posting multiple offers of essentially the same product with slight differences in wording or small changes in inventory or currency.
- Bundle minor variations into one listing and clarify the available options and pricing.
- Examples of rule violations: Creating several listings for the same account with only slight differences (e.g., 0.3 billion vs 300 million in currency; 40 K vs 40.5 K Blue Essence) or using misleading numeric formats to appear as different products. These practices are considered duplicate offers and will be removed.
- Why duplicates are harmful: Duplicate offers give one seller unfair visibility, clutter search results and cause buyer confusion, which damages trust in the platform.
- Consequences: Repeated violations may lead to escalating penalties—a warning or temporary suspension after the first offence, reduced offer limits after subsequent violations, and a permanent ban for continued abuse.
- Reporting duplicates: You can report unfair listings via GamesHub support, but do not report competitors frivolously. We investigate all reports to maintain fairness.
- FAQs: Two accounts with the same level but different rare skins count as unique, because skins are a key selling point. However, accounts that only differ by a small amount of currency or consumables are duplicates and should be grouped into a single offer.

- Why verify?: Verification protects both buyers and sellers. GamesHub may prompt you to verify when you create your first listing, but you can complete it proactively at any time.
- Prepare your materials: Have an international ID (passport recommended), a device with front and back cameras, and a piece of paper and pen ready.
- Step 1 – Choose your type: Select whether you are selling as an individual or as a company.
- Step 2 – Enter your details: Provide your full name (including middle name if applicable), date of birth, nationality and residency information.
- Step 3 – Upload ID photo: Take a clear picture of your ID. Include a note that says “GamesHub” or show the GamesHub website in the background to confirm authenticity.
- Step 4 – Take a selfie with your ID: Hold the same ID next to your face and snap a selfie. Make sure your face isn’t covered and both your face and ID are clearly visible.
- Review time and data privacy: Verification is usually reviewed within about 15 minutes. Your personal data is encrypted and all photos are deleted within 90 days. They are not shared with third parties.
- Why your verification may be closed: You must be at least 18 years old, complete all steps properly, meet GamesHub’s seller requirements and use your own documents. If any of these are not met, your verification may be closed.
- If your verification is declined: GamesHub will provide the reason and instructions. Follow them and resubmit. You can still browse and purchase items while waiting.
-
- Base fees unchanged: As of June 20th, GamesHub’s seller commission remains 5% for currency sales and 10% for accounts, items and boosting services.
- Fee reductions: To encourage sellers, fees on several categories have been lowered. Examples include gold and items for popular MMOs such as Old School RuneScape and RuneScape 3 (down by around 1‑3%), World of Warcraft gold, Warframe platinum and New World gold. EA FC24 Points and Wuthering Waves Lunite now have zero sales fee.
- Fee increases: Some categories now carry higher fees to reflect increased risk or operational costs. Fortnite, Valorant, Rainbow Six Siege and Call of Duty accounts have increased from 10‑15% to 15‑20%. Roblox items and accounts now have a 15% fee, while Clash of Clans, Brawl Stars and Overwatch 2 accounts also increased to 15%. Call of Duty Points now incur a 10% fee.
- Pricing impact: When listing products in categories with adjusted fees, review and update your prices accordingly so you maintain your desired profit margin.
- Stay informed: Always check the latest fee chart on GamesHub. Fee schedules may change due to promotions or market conditions.
-

- Withdrawal process: Choose your preferred method under Wallet → Withdraw, enter the amount, and confirm. Some methods (BTC, USDC, SEPA) require manual review and may take up to five business days. Ensure your payment accounts and identity verification are complete to avoid delays.
-
- Sales fees: GamesHub charges a commission on completed sales based on the category of the product. Currency sales incur a 5% fee, while accounts, items and boosting services incur a 10% fee. Fees are only deducted when an order is completed; canceled orders are not charged. Some games may have higher or lower fees depending on market conditions, so always check the latest fee schedule.
- Deposit and purchase fees: When you add funds to your GamesHub wallet or pay the remaining balance of an order using a card, Apple Pay, crypto or other payment method, a processing fee of 8% plus a flat $0.30 (USD) applies. For example, depositing $5 means you will pay $5.732 in total; $5 goes into your balance and the remainder covers fees.
- Combine payments: To reduce fees, deposit the full amount you plan to spend in a single transaction. Multiple small deposits each incur the flat fee, which can add up.
- Temporary fee adjustments: GamesHub may adjust sales fees temporarily during site‑wide promotions or special events. Watch for announcements and adjust your prices accordingly.
