If you encounter any issues with your new account, raise a dispute and provide information about what happened to receive a refund. During the dispute resolution process, the warranty period will remain active, even if it takes longer than 5 days to resolve.

For an additional fee, you can extend your account warranty to 3 months or 6 months. This feature is available for select offers, so look for the extended warranty option at checkout.

Your Warranty Covers:

  • The account is not as described, and you have not altered the account by:
    • Changing login details.
    • Playing on the account.
    • Making purchases on or for the account.
    • Reselling the account.
  • Loss of access due to account recovery by the seller.
  • Account bans due to ownership transfer.
  • Account bans due to offenses made by the seller.

Your Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Account bans due to your actions (e.g., using cheats on the account).
  • Loss of access unrelated to the seller (e.g., forgetting your password).
  • Account bans for not following seller instructions (e.g., contacting game support when instructed not to).
  • Reselling the account to someone else. If you resell the account, your warranty is void.

Extended Warranty:

With the extended warranty, if any issues arise after the 5-day free period, submit a warranty claim, and our team will review your case within 3-5 business days.
Note: If the seller is assisting you with your warranty claim, the review process may take longer than 3-5 days.

When your warranty claim is approved, you will receive a full refund of the account’s price, minus the warranty fee. The warranty does not cover any items on the account or other additional expenses.

After Your Warranty Period Ends:

Once your warranty period is over, while we no longer provide a money-back guarantee, GamesHub will still assist you if any issues arise. Here’s how:

  1. Contact the seller about your issue via the order chat.
  2. If the seller does not respond, contact GamesHub support, and we will reach out to the seller on your behalf.
