Seller Rules for Accounts and Digital Products

GamesHub’s seller rules ensure a fair marketplace and protect buyers and sellers. Adhering to these guidelines is mandatory, and violations may lead to suspension

  • Provide accurate descriptions – Clearly describe the digital product or account, including features, limitations, delivery details and any restrictions. Misleading or exaggerated claims are prohibited.
  • Avoid duplicate offers – Do not post identical offers multiple times; instead, use GamesHub’s “Add Additional” feature to include multiple units in a single listing.
  • No misleading titles – Your title must accurately reflect the product. False claims (e.g., “lifetime warranty” for short‑term access) are not allowed.
  • Disclose limitations – Inform buyers of region locks, platform restrictions or in‑game bans. Transparency prevents disputes.
  • No listing manipulation – Attempts to manipulate listing visibility (keyword stuffing, irrelevant tags) will result in sanctions.
  • Full access & responsibility – Only sell full access accounts or legally obtained digital products. Sellers remain responsible for the account after sale and must not recover it later.
  • Warranty compliance – GamesHub offers a 5–14 day warranty period; if a product fails during this period, sellers must cooperate with refunds or replacements.
  • Prohibit illegal goods – Selling hacked, stolen or otherwise illegal accounts or products is forbidden.
  • Instant delivery accuracy – For instant delivery listings, ensure that digital files or account credentials are correct at the time of listing.
  • Platform‑specific requirements – Some games require additional disclosures (e.g., platform compatibility, region restrictions). Follow the guidelines relevant to your product.
