How to Buy an Account on GamesHub

  • Navigate to the product type – From the GamesHub homepage, choose the Accounts section or any other product type from the top navigation bar. Use filters to narrow down by game, category or options.
  • Browse offers and select a product – Each account listing may have multiple seller offers with different prices, currencies and stock. Review the seller’s description, product images, available options and any applicable warranty.
  • Proceed to checkout – Click Checkout on the offer you want. Review the order summary including base price, discount, any wallet balance used and the remaining amount you need to pay. If your wallet balance (GamesHub balance) is insufficient, choose another payment method supported by the platform (credit/debit cards, gift cards or cryptocurrency gateways).
  • Access your order and communicate with the seller – After payment, you will be redirected to your Order page (also accessible under Purchased Orders in your account menu). Contact the seller via the order chat for account details or delivery instructions and wait for a response.
  • Confirm ownership and provide feedback – Once you receive the account and verify it matches the description, click Order Received and check all confirmation boxes. If there is an issue (e.g., incorrect login information or unresponsive seller), click Raise a Dispute to involve GamesHub support. GamesHub provides a warranty period (usually 5–14 days depending on the product) during which you can request a refund if the account is lost or reclaimed.

Once the warranty period has passed, the order will automatically complete, and the payment will be released to the seller. Happy gaming!
