If you break GamesHub’s Terms of Service or Seller Rules, your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

What Happens During Suspension:

  • Ongoing Access:
    You will still have access to existing orders, chat, and be able to complete ongoing transactions.
  • Restricted Actions:
    However, you will not be able to deposit funds, purchase offers, withdraw funds, or list any new offers for sale while your account is suspended.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Fraud
GamesHub has a zero-tolerance policy for scamming and fraud. Any user involved in fraud, scams, chargebacks, or similar activity will be permanently banned with no exceptions.

Other Offenses

For offenses that don’t involve fraud or scamming, the consequences will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the severity of the offense, your suspension could last anywhere from 1 day to a permanent ban.

Funds During Suspension

Suspended users with GamesHub balance can still receive their funds.

  • Sellers: If you are a seller and your account is suspended, contact support via live chat to arrange a withdrawal.
  • Fraud Cases: If a seller is involved in fraudulent activities, their funds may be held for 30-60 days before being allowed for withdrawal.
