Seller Rules on GamesHub
Seller rules for existing offers will be applied on GamesHub starting December 1st. All new offers should be listed according to the rules outlined below.
Breaking these rules can lead to your seller account being suspended temporarily or permanently.

Delivering Orders
- On-Time Delivery: Sellers are expected to deliver orders within the guaranteed delivery time. We understand that mistakes can happen, but if you are often late or fail to deliver, your listings may be removed.
- If You’re Late or Partially Delivering: If an order is going to be late or incomplete, make sure to get the buyer’s approval first. Delivering late or partially without the buyer’s agreement could result in a full refund to the buyer if they open a dispute.
- Marking Orders as Delivered: Only mark an order as delivered once it’s completely fulfilled. Marking it prematurely—whether it’s undelivered or only partially done—makes the buyer eligible for a full refund if a dispute arises.
What’s Prohibited
- Scamming or Fraud: Any attempt to scam or defraud buyers will get you permanently banned. We have a zero-tolerance policy for scams.
- Outside Communication: Keep all communication with buyers within GamesHub’s chat system. Sharing contact details like Discord, Skype, etc., isn’t allowed, except for boosting orders where you may need to use voice chat.
- Advertising: You can’t advertise other websites, including your own shops, other marketplaces, or unrelated sites.
- External Payments: All payments must go through GamesHub. Discussing or arranging outside payment methods is strictly forbidden.
- Be Respectful: Treat buyers with respect—no foul language, threats, harassment, or insults. Even if there’s a dispute, stay professional at all times.
Handling Disputes
- Responding to Disputes: You need to respond quickly to disputes:
- Account/Boosting Orders: Respond within 12 hours with proof or a solution.
- Currency/Item Orders: Upload proof within 2 hours. If you don’t, the buyer will be eligible for a full refund.
- Pending Delivery Orders: Upload proof of delivery right after sending the currency/items to avoid potential disputes.
Feedback and Fairness
- Feedback Integrity: Respect buyer feedback. GamesHub has strict guidelines for adjusting feedback.
- Respect for Other Sellers: Demeaning or slandering other sellers without basis is not allowed.
Marketplace Guidelines
- Holding Funds: If you’re caught scamming or committing fraud, we may hold your funds for up to 30 days to repay affected buyers. Any leftover funds can be withdrawn.
- No Random Listings: Lottery, raffle, or random offers (like “50% chance to get a rare skin”) aren’t allowed.
- Original Descriptions: Don’t copy another seller’s product description entirely. Your listings should have originality—except for smurf account offers, where this rule doesn’t apply.
- Fake Pricing: Unrealistically priced listings are not allowed.
- Correct Categories: Make sure your offers are listed in the right category and game. The only exception is boosting services (e.g., if the boost’s main outcome is you getting items), which can be listed in the items section.
Requirements for Sellers
- Age Limit: You must be 18 or older to sell on GamesHub.
- One Account Per Seller: Don’t use multiple accounts without permission. If you’re working with a team, you can share login details with your partners.
Fraudulent Practices
Using any form of fraudulent delivery methods is strictly prohibited. For example, delivering orders in a way that creates a high risk of the buyer losing the purchased product or putting their game account at risk is not allowed.
Improving Your Listings
- Clear Descriptions: Do not add unnecessary details in your offer title and description. Keep them clear, concise, and relevant to what you’re offering.
Maximum two keywords (or keyword variations) can be used per offer. - No Copyrighted Images: Replace any copyrighted images from game developers in your offers or profile pictures. Listings with copyrighted content might be removed.
By following these guidelines, you ensure a smooth and fair experience for both you and your buyers on GamesHub. Failure to comply can result in penalties, including account suspension or removal from the marketplace.
